Connect your calendar

Connecting a calendar lets Goodmeet show your upcoming meetings, remind you to record, and link notes to the right event. Goodmeet supports Google Calendar and Apple Calendar, with Outlook on the way. You can connect more than one account.

Your calendar stays private. Calendar connections live on your device: Goodmeet talks to your provider directly, and your event details never pass through our servers.

Connect a calendar

1. On the home view, click Connect your calendar, or go to Preferences > Calendar.
2. Pick your provider and approve access. For Google, sign-in completes in your browser.
3. Your upcoming meetings appear at the top of the home view. Click any event to prepare notes before the call starts.

Manage connections

In Preferences > Calendar you can choose which calendars from each account to show, set how often events refresh, connect another account, or disconnect one. If a connection expires, you'll see a Reconnect prompt: one click, sign in again, done.
